This ski is not recommended for beginners due to difficulty of trails.

Saturday January 9th: CNSC ski race at Hammond Hill
Racing will begin at 10:30 AM and all racers are expected to be off the course by 12:30 PM. The main race will be a 10k Empire State Games qualifier. The general public is invited to participate in a 5k citizens’ race, a 5k scholastic race, and a 1k kids’ race.

Saturday January 16th: Tuller Hill
This is a joint ski with the Cayuga Trails Club. Come join us for a ski tour at Tuller Hill in the Virgil area. The ski tour will start on the Clute Rd. side of Tuller Hill. This tour is for intermediate skiers because of the hilly terrain. Join us after the tour for a beverage and/or food at one of the local establishments in Virgil.
Meet: 12:30 PM at Dunkin Donuts in Dryden
Sunday January 17th: Finger Lakes National Forest
This is a joint ski outing with the Cayuga Trails Club. There will be a 2 hour ski on the Interlaken Trail. Since the trail is flat, it will be an easy ski.
Meet: 1:00 PM at Blueberry Patch Campground parking area on Picnic Area Road (County Rt 2) in Hector, near intersection with Potomac Rd.
Directions from Ithaca: From Rt 96, turn onto Perry City Road (Rt 227), follow to Reynoldsville, then take right onto Potomac Rd (or might be right onto Kenyon Rd then right onto Potomac) and left onto Picnic Area Rd (County Rt 2). Blueberry Patch Campground will be on your left.
Saturday January 23rd: Highland Forest (Onondaga County park in Tully, NY)
We hope to have a ski lesson for beginners, and groups for different skill levels going out in the morning. All groups will then meet back at the lodge for lunch at about the same time so people can switch groups if they want to. Ski different trail systems on Saturday and Sunday. Dish-to-pass dinner at Lois Chaplin’s camp Saturday evening. Make reservations early if you want to spend the night at a local B&B or motel.
Sunday February 14th: Lime Hollow Nature Center in Cortland
Beginner skiiers welcome. This is a joint ski with the Cayuga Trails Club, if there’s not enough snow for skiing we will hike.

Saturday February 20th: Wildlife Ponds and Interloken Trail
This is a joint ski with the Cayuga Trails Club.
Meet: 9:30AM at Pete’s grocery at the Octopus if you want to carpool. Meet at 10AM at Wildlife Ponds parking area, Potomac Rd, Finger Lakes National Forest.
Last stop: the Old H&E, Burdett.
